Firearm owners know that many news programs fail to present an equitable and unbiased view as concerns firearm ownership. Criminals, by definition, will break the law using illegally obtained firearms, yet the media chooses to support the untenable position that new gun control measures will somehow lower the rate of violent crime, refusing to celebrate the law-abiding citizen who uses a legally obtained firearm to defend their loved ones from harm.
