The oral arguments of the Woollard vs Maryland lawsuit concerning Maryland’s Good and Substantial reason clause will be heard in the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond Virginia at 9:30am on October 24th 2012.
This is the key next step in the mission to restore Marylander’s 2nd Amendment Civil Rights. While we cannot predict the time table of when the court will rule, we are excited to see the case move forward to oral arguments.
Maryland Shall Issue® will be posting commentary from the court shortly after the conclusion of the arguments and audio from the hearings as soon as the clerk of the court makes it available.
